What Type of Travel Adapter for Greece?

If you plan a trip to Greece, maybe you wonder, what type of travel adapter for Greece do you need? It’s a good question, because not all countries use same plugs.

In Greece, we use type C and type F plugs. These have two round pins as seen in the images below. So if your plugs are different (for example from UK or USA), you will need an adapter.

So, what type of travel adapter for Greece should you bring? Best is a simple adapter that works with type C or F. You can find many online or in electronics shops. Don’t wait until airport or hotel — sometimes it’s hard to find or more expensive.

If you visit cities like Athens or islands like Santorini or Crete, the plugs are all same. So one adapter is enough for whole trip.

Remember to check before you pack, so you don’t have problem charging your phone or camera. A small thing, but important for your trip!

Quick tip: Always check your device’s specs to be sure it works fine with the Greek system. Just to be safe.
